Google's latest addition to its Android devices have finally been announced. The device named HTC Nexus 9 and Nexus 6 are two latest Android devices running on Android 5.0 Lollipop. The Tablet is 9 device while the smartphone sports a huge 6" display.
Internally, the smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset with a 2.65GHz quad-core Krait 450 CPU and 3GB of RAM. At the back there is a 13MP f/2.0 camera with dual-LED flash and 2MP camera at the front. The smartphone will be offered in two storage options, 32GB or 64G and neither of them sport a microSD card slot..
HTC Nexus 9 comes with 8.9-inch IPS LCD display of 2048 x 1440 pixel resolution. The tablet is built around the Nvidia Tegra K1 chip with a 2.3GHz CPU, the very potent Keepler DX1 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The Nexus 9 will be offered in either 16 or 32GB of storage, but the tablet storage can't be expanded further. The tablet also features 8MP rear camera and a 1.6MP front-facing snapper and boasts BoomSound stereo speakers.
Unlocked version of the Nexus 6 with 64GB storage is priced at $649 and it will also be offered by major carriers in the US. The nexus 9 tablet will be available for a price of
$399 for W-Fi-only 16GB model and $479 for 32GB version. The device will be sold at major retailers including Amazon and Best Buy in the US.
