MSI shows up a Tablet with built-in Projector

MSI showed its new and unique tablet concept, it’s one way for the manufacturers to make their tablet device to stand out of the crowd in their attempt to make it to the consumer’s heart and mind. MSI’s projector-equipped Windows 7 slate sure is an exciting one. In addition to its crazy Butterfly and Angelow all-in-ones, MSI cobbled together a rather chunky, Atom-powered, 10-inch tablet with a built-in swivel projector.

the MSI WindPad 100W running Windows 7 that forms the tablet base can be used to project on a screen or a wall right behind the tablet or even on the surface on which the tablet is placed. While that is surely welcome, another positive aspect with the setup is that it also opens up new opportunities. Like the projector can be used to project a virtual keyboard on the desk though MSI does not seem to have any technology in place as of now to make such a ‘projected keyboard’ functional.

There is no word from MSI if the projector tablet PC concept will be a market reality any time soon, if ever that happens that is. But if that does, it’s almost sure it will have more takers in the enterprise sector than anywhere else. Let’s wait for the hit, anyway if you wanted to buy a tablet would you prefer a tablet like MSI Projector integrated one?
