NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590 to be released on March 22

NVIDIA is expected to launch it's new Graphics card and competitor to Radeon HD on March 22 according to Expreview. Since AMD launched its new Graphics Card AMD Radeon HD 6990 and keeping the Title of fastest card out there NVIDIA surely make a response to it with a real competitor. There was a news that the GeForce GTX 590 could be launched during the PAX East 2011 gamer festival.

The new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590 is expected to be faster and have neat features comparing to AMD Radeon HD 6990. The video card is expected to have dual GF110 GPUs, with a total of 1024 CUDA cores paired with 3GB of GDDR5 memory. Twin 8-pin power ports help the NVIDIA card gulp down its 375W TDP.
To keep in check the power consumption of the card, Nvidia will build the GTX 590 using only hand-selected GPUs. The AMD Radeon HD 6990 has been mentioned as power-hungry in some of the reviews made by some sites.
NVIDIA is to take first place from AMD for the worlds fastest graphics card with its New GeForce GTX 590. Note that March 22 is the expected launch date for Crysis 2. Are you waiting for the release?
