Asus teases Eee Pad Series Tablets ahead of CES 2011

Asus has started to tease its new Eee Pad Tablets Ahead of CES 2011. The labs at the company have pushed out as many as three new Eee Pads right in time for the electronics show. Going by the pictures of the new Eee Pads we get to see, we are pretty sure that Asus is seeing 2011 as the year of the tablet PC.

As you can see from the above photo leaked to Tech in Style, the device has a USB 3.0 port (for what purpose we don’t know yet), and features a chiclet style keyboard under the display. We’re assuming this is a traditional convertible design but who knows. If you look closely you can also see the stock Android menu and back buttons.

Meanwhile, another model could come with a design element that includes a combination of glass and aluminum. This Eee Pad model could sport a framed display and will have touch buttons.

Three devices are included in this teaser picture set, with the other looking like it has a slider keyboard (see it after the break) -- none of it is definitive just yet, but it makes for a good guessing game to fill the time until the big show kicks off in Vegas next week.
