ViewSonic ViewPad 4 powered with Android 2.2 shown up at CES 2011

ViewSonic showed up its new Tablet ViewSonic ViewPad 4, the company is actually positioning it as a tablet but with only a 4.1-inch screen, this is smaller than smartphones like the Motorola Droid X.

ViewSonic ViewPad 4 is equipped with 4.1" capacitive touchscreen display with 480x800 pixels of resolution, 1Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 chipset with 512MB of RAM so performance won't be an issue. The chipset enables you to record 720p HD video with the 5MP camera, and also to stream it via the mini-HDMI port present.

ViewPad 4 also features 2GB internal memory, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and Adobe Flash Mobile Player 10.1 support. The Smartphone is expected to get Android 2.3 Gingerbread later this year.

The Device is looking good in design and specs but price of the device is yet to be revealed, ViewSonic says that the price of the device will be depending on Carriers. Do you think it will be available for a reasonable price?
